Join ALA Garifuna Women for a free Garifuna gastronomic workshop on January 31st from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 7418 S 126th St., Seattle, WA 98178.
We’ll be teaching how to prepare traditional coconut rice and beans with fish, sharing the recipe, its cultural roots, and the traditions behind this beloved Garifuna dish.
🌴 The workshop is free, and participants will be able to take the food they prepare home.
Come cook, learn, and celebrate Garifuna culture with us. All are welcome.
